+ 5 posing - 9 weeks out - on track?

ad

9 weeks out today from women's physique... last year i didn't come in conditioned enough and i think i had a little bit too much mass for the class. this year i want to come in nice and shreddy and bring a less bulky/more streamlined physique to fit the class better. just some opinions if i'm on track? i've never gotten the conditioning down and i still feel so soft and fluffy so i get nervous about coming in on time.

Edit: diet posted here: http://www.eroids.com/forum/general/ladies-lounge/contest-prep-dietetc.-......

How are you drying out? 9 weeks is a long time taking a certain path, not so long if you're doing it "the old fashioned way"

I'm not sure yet I haven't really asked my coach about drying out yet. What do you mean by certain path vs old fashioned? Lol

Diuretics or not?

Going to make a huge difference to your prep schedule here so I would be clear ASAP with your coach what you're doing.

Doing your posing routine regular from now will help firm the muscle, condition the muscle and also help to start drawing the water out from between the muscle and the skin surface and in return start giving you a dry look.
If you haven't already then start manipulating your carbs and start carb cycling this way it will keep your body guessing and keep the fat burning furnace alight, what rate is body losing weight per week?

What is your prep diet looking like at the moment?
Most importantly carb and fat intake per day?
Training programme and cardiovascular routine?
Posing routine? The reason I ask about posing is that you should be running your posing routine daily from now.

I just posted my diet in the ladies lounge forum... But thanks I appreciate the advice. My boyfriend (muh), his coach is having him carb cycle right now but my coach isn't... I could maybe suggest it to him, but right now, i feel like because of the intensity that I train, my cals are pretty low and cardio pretty high. But I also have a cheat meal worked in. Idk I just wanted some advice because I haven't been 100% about his approach. He says I'll be ready though and I'm really hoping he's right :/

You're gonna be cutting it close. But it's 100% possible. Just stick to you're plan and trust that your coach will bring you in right. Whatever happens you look fantastic right now.

Nine weeks is plenty of time to dial in from where you're at right now.
Very Nice and Tight!!
