Went to remove the plastic lid and the whole stopper came with it.
Not the end of the world, but figured I would share.
The Tren A and Mast P did not have this issue.

Yep they right. Gotta drink it. This got brought to my attention in a new stopper I used that was better quality but it didn't fit my vial tops correct (about 1 mm thicker than the others) thought I got them all out of circulation but I see I missed it. Hit me in pm brother.
P.S. Don't drink it, that was a joke.

I hate when that happens. Buy a sterile vial and filter and transfer it
But that shouldn't happen. It's now been exposed to contaminates and if he doesn't have the stuff on hand when in doubt throw it out. The source should make this right. +1 to the op for sharing
