Hello. Sorry that I post it everywhere but all should know this information. So.
I have something to share with you.

1) We tested our product:
*At temperature 30°С -> lifetime 3-4 weeks (we did this test ~ 1,5 months ago)
*At temperature 40°С -> lifetime 30-35 Hours
*At temperature >40-50°С -> only few hours and quick destruction of the product
As you may know GH is a protein structure and we can't fully protect them for high temperature impact.

2) We checked regions/arrival dates/delivery time for those who have bad results -> outside temperature in regions: 27-41°С !
Also there is can be direct sunlight impact during transportation and temperature can increase ...
I can't share dates/time, but trust me, it's enough to crash the product. Unfortunately.

So, we decide to not send any product in regions with temperature >22°С due to high risk of crash of product.

If you live in region with high temperature outside -> please DO NOT BUY our AQUA product.
Ofc for the future we will try to find a way to work with "hot" regions. But for now DO NOT BUY our AQUA if temperature will be >22°С for a 2 weeks after you place an order.

We are also will see the other results from testers to confirm this impact. But for now it looks the only 1 reason for bad results.

Yeah buddy I got mine yesterday and Ive already started to use it i really hope it didn't get to hot while in transit
