Looking for suggestions
This is the end result of my first test e 500mg cycle.
Looking for suggestions for my second. Recomp is my goal. Diet is clean, but unorganized at best. I've been intermittent fasting for awhile now, but don't have a good understanding of what my caloric intake should be. I walk an average of 7-10 miles a day per work and train 6 days a week. 34 yr old 250lbs....Any and all advice would be appreciated.

Everybody wants to recomp but that is absolutely the hardest thing to do on a cycle. Lol What does recomp mean...lose fat and gain muscle....How do you lose fat....calorie deficit......How do you gain muscle......calorie surplus...........See the conumdrum here. If you know how to be in a cal deficit and surplus at the same time let me know. You are trying to catch two squirrels at once with that one. Some people can pull it off to a point but most fail.

Best plan of action is to lose the fat naturally, real easy to do with a diet and exercise and no AAS needed up to a point (you should be able to hit 10% easy without any AAS). Then you either a run a cycle to cut further at that point or run a bulk since you are lean enough now to put on some quality muscle.

You must have the genetics to burn fat and build muscle which is probably. 05% of us. Kevin Levrone was one of the few who could do that.

Your plan above is a very wise approach

Like you just mentioned some people can actually pull it off to a point. I've seen that firsthand

I can with primo and only a very slight cal deficit. Muscle building isn't spectacular but there is some. Anything over 500cal deficit the muscle building stops and just fat loss at that point from then on. You have to log everything that goes into your mouth and wear something that accurately calculates your TDEE or it is just an effort in futility.

This post by Makwa has been my bible lately. Best progress I have seen in the past ten years. My in-laws were over for dinner tonight and my father in law actually complimented my current physique. This guy owned his own gym in the 80’s/90’s, and has never complimented me as much as he did today. I’ve been following Makwa’s advice religiously for several weeks now. Please take the time to read it.

Hey how's it going?

Personally in my experience timing is everything when it comes to maximizing fat loss with your cycle, diet, etc

Like waking up every morning 5:30 starting with the shake doing an hour of solid cardio you know stay on liquids and mostly protein until later in the day.
Then eat a nice big meal like sweet potato turkey breast
Some really lean 85% beef and some broccoli some rice
And then you really need to do another cardio session before going to bed even if it's just walking or something to just constantly be in a calorie deficit and you'll find when using the correct gear for you you can lose weight and build muscle at the same time but most people would prefer to stick to one or the other since it's easier and perhaps get better results but everyone is different.

Really lean 85% beef? Our definition of lean is very different lol

Take it slow. Give it a break, and try a test cycle again. Other compounds are harsh and you don’t need to rush into it. Keep leaning out and don’t jump adding other compounds until you do a little more research.

No one is going to tell you what to do next.. it depends on your goals. So do a lot of research my friend . Start with the least harshest compounds.
