you know i was wondering the same thing for the adex from him... my question is is what if there is like a filler then the ingredient and when you split it its filler on one side and the actual ingredient on the other? or can you tell different?
Get a scale or eyeball it. I split the anastrozole in half by eye, then down one half and put the other half back in the cap for next dose. I usually snort it and pop the cap into my browneye... hope this helps... Haha, jk, please don't snort it or put it in your ass.
same promblem i took 1 whole cap for 5 days to get blood levels up.will now try every 2 days then matbe 3 days
