Thanks man. That's why I didn't get why what's his name said I was underweight and malnourished lol. I fluctuate between 150-160 that's why I said 155 but maybe my scales broke hell I thought 160 was a healthy weight for my age and height!
Lol us gym rats have different standards for healthy weight. To a doctor me being 220lbs is like 40lbs over weight lol but I can assure you I do not look over weight. The reason they say you are under weoght is because of this thing called genetic potential we talk about. Say for example at 5'10 yours is 200lbs at 10% bodyfat. The closer you are to that the harder it is to add muscle. At that point you will not be able to add anymore size without steroids. So you being 155lbs is way away from your potential whether that's 185lbs or 200lbs lean so you have a lot more room for natural growth. So being you being at that weight makes people assume either 1) you haven't been lifting for very long, or 2) your diet and training are not properly laid out and that's why you are not bigger. 155lbs is def healthy according to charts and doctors but to us meat heads your skinny as fuck lol. You have a good base though dude when I started like I said I was 135lbs 20 years old full grown lol . I looked like I just came from a concentration camp. But within 6 months I had put on 30lbs and at my one year mark I has put on 40 so I was now 175.
The less muscle you have the easier it is to gain size. They say the first year and in my opinion where you are muscular development wise cause you have spend so much time dieting so you haven't spend your firs year bulking and gaining you can add 2lbs of pure muscle of month and with that 2lbs comes probably a pound of new glycogen that you both will be storing with the new increase in muscle tissue. So you can add 3 fat free pounds per month for the first year. Second year they say 10-12 lbs so 1lb per month , and the 3rd 5-6 per year. After that gains are minimal. Now everyone is different so you might gain faster or slower. So you can still add a decent amount of size without using gear at this point.
One more thing I forgot I add about starting steroids to early is you must love training naturally also. If you just started lifting seriously and started juicing right away when you come off you lose your motivation to lift and eat because your introduction to lifting was on steroids. Now you come off and you can't add size that quickly it becomes boring . I've seen it so many times. I love going to the gym on gear or not. Either way I'm enjoying myself equally.
Well said my man! I've had kind of a stunted growth due to bad choices when I was younger I was about 125 all the way up till I was 21. Bad lifestyle! When I was 16 I had to do chyropractic therapy due to a hip injury while skating and when he did xrays he noticed I had an extra lower lumbar vertebrae! Crazy huh anyways he said I would likely be taller than my dad(6'-3") needless to say I grew a measely 1" since that day lol! When I was 19 I ended up having hip surgery on that same hip due to a cyst in the crown of my femur. Well lately like I said in my intro I've lost my sex drive and overall sense of well being, sorta depressed even through all my training and dieting. ive tried every supplement available some helped but eventually got nothing to show for in the end! I eat super clean lots of fish some steak and chicken breasts vegetables clean carbs all frequently throughout the day. All the while it feels my test is dropping. Yes I'm only 30 but man I damn sure feel 40ish. I've lived fast and i think its taken a toll on me. All I'm looking for is a kick start, nothing major, but your advice is well taken on how roids will just bring me back down after a cycle and then I'll just be stuck in the same rut I got out of so I think I'll reconsider and just stay natural for the mean time! Thanks for all the info bro I'll PM you some time!
Don't waste your money on sups either most are a scam. Only ones I would advise is a decent whey protein, some creatine, fish oil and a multi. Put that with a good diet and training your golden.
That's all I use lol, haven't been taking my fish oils as much lately due to all the fish I eat lol. Hydro whey by ON creatine alkaline by BPi , and men's one a days. Some joint support as well! I've been through ups and downs the past couple of years and may have strayed away from training a bit buy have never gone backwards! Proud of how far I've came and that's the motivation to keep me going! With that and you guys support I can't wait to see what these summer months bring!
You got a solid base bro keep at it. You look bigger then 155 in both pics.
