Thanks bro. Honestly I've always been naturally skinny. 4 years ago I was a stick at six foot and 125. I'm up to 180 now and the plan is to hit 200 and after pct be at at least a lean 190 to 195. I've learned diet is really the key component and solid gear.
I know the feeling. I had a super fast metabolism in my 20's and I never could get past 180lbs with heavy training and over eating. Now that I'm in my forties I can stay between 225 and 235 relatively easy without too much bf. Nice wok getting that weight up from 125. Bet you have a lot more confidence now.
For sure I'm never the biggest guy but look it feels good to finally have my arms stretching my shirt a bit. I love the lifestyle the most though if you the dedication to put in the work I think it translates to other areas of life
You have a great solid base to work from flames that is wonderful ;-) thank you for posting your pic ;-)
