Haha I was the youngest in my rehab facility by about 35-40 years...but damn do BPC, TB, and var help with healing and recovery from surgeries.

I was a professional athlete for about 12 years, not including the collegiate years of playing so my knees were destroyed by the time I was 32...too many menisectomies left me with nothing left in the right knee. Mindset was always snip that shit out of the knee and only miss 2-3 weeks and youre back in, just never are gonna grow it back.

The new knee is life changing though, If I were 40lbs lighter like when I played I feel like I could still be playing with how well the knee has responded.
