It increases the effectiveness of other AAS by binding to SHBG. I also love the libido and mood boost I get from it. It's a must have for me in every cycle, whether I'm cutting or bulking.
It's very mild and can raise Test levels but most guys take it for libido and it puts you in a good mood or makes you feel good. It's so mild that you can use 25mg everyday if you want to. I am a fan of it now, used it for the first time.
