Is it just cheaper than the real thing? I know with in the states pretty much all you have to do is see a dermatologist and ask to get it piece of cake. Also I'm hoping assuming you've done your research but if not read about the side effects because they are serious if you don't pay attention to them. Accutane can cause trouble on the joints and almost everyone gets blistering lips (dosage matters, don't use more than you need.)

Got these about 3 days ago as I have to wait 3 months till I can get them from the nhs and my acne is so bad I couldn't wait hopefully they work.
