johnny1024Thanks bro. I would have to credit alot of my recent arm growth to my trade. Constant picking up concrete blocks and putting them in place. Its like doing static holds for 10 hours a day 5 days a week. Lots of constant tension. I have got stronger as far as curling but not by my intention. The arm growth was just a byproduct of the type of work i do i believe. ( and a bit of deca for the elbows lol). Thanks again bro

I read what you wrote below about work, I do similar. I lose around 2.5kg from Monday morning to Friday afternoon. Then have to eat like an animal to put it back on at the weekend. I think I need an easier job. +2
johnny1024My weight drops like that as well. Friday after work i carb load with panda express and lots of water to get ready for the weekends workouts.all that rice and sodium allows for great pumps saturday morning!! Lol I really can train 100% only on weekends cuz i work 11 hr days and after work im exhausted and before work workouts are no good cuz not enuff meals in me at 5 am!

I actually went and got one an easier job. Im now in the a/c 90% of the day and still work hard with my hands but not outside losing weight like that.
Those types of jobs are great on cycle I use to hate going through pct though when you need all your strength to work through the day

johnny1024Appreciate it bro!Its strange when i try to gain and start eating for mass i get comments from people about im looking more cut . So i feel ive found what works best for me as far as diet goes to gain lean mass. I respond well to nandrolones and with my work( concrete pavers and stone) my elbows and shoulder joints sure appreciate that compound. Have a great day!

Usually guys running sust and decca don't get shaped like that from my experience your definitely doing something right brother.
I myself was in commercial construction trying to get enough cals in is hard but you look really good.
