Injectable SLU huh, what did you run that at and how does it compare to oral SLU brother. I currently take 20mg oral and it’s great

I haven't used the oral yet so can't compare. both times tried injectable and loved it. The synergy with mots-c was amazing

What dose and for how long did you run it bro?

Rumple's picture

I ran it for 6 months. Started at 500mcg in the morning and night for the first month, then went down to 250mcg day and night. Noticed less grinding after the first month.

Does it only help while your taking it, or did it actually help heal it?

My shoulder didn't allow me to do dips for a long time but after a 6 month run on the peptides I noticed way less grinding and was able to do dips again. Do I have a MRI or any proof that it was healed by the peptides? No. Maybe it is all placebo but I've had this injury since college and I'm 42 now.

Tbh buddy I've had quite the experiment running BPC and TB in amongst all that I am going through with my shoulder currently and have been able to compare inflammation and flexibility of the shoulder on and off the peptides - I am beginning to think they are a bit of a con to be honest because I have noticed no difference between running Both of the Peptides and 30 grams of Collagen peptides + High Vit C per day Vs. just taking the Collagen Peptides and Vit C by themselves. The main healer of tendons is time mate and then adding in the peptides as the bricks and mortar foundation to build the structure. I am able to do light training now and have been able to compare both on and off them.

Gotta think too that when most guys have tendon issues is that in reality unless they get an MRI done they have no idea of what has happened - Is it just inflamed Tendons and tendonitis, is it a partial thickness tear that will never ACTUALLY repair anyway but just feel as if it does, is it fraying of the tendon? It seems to me that most of the time these guys saying these peptides have healed them just assume it was those that helped since what else do they have it to compare to anyway - No tendon injury is likely to be the exact same to a previous one so nothing to compare the healing and regeneration to.
