Put 2 cc of bac water in it, it seems like it won't reconstituted, water is not crystal clear.
its that normal?

I have got the same problem with my old CJC-1295 DAC, some particle are present after the reconstitution.
Yes the best are request about the remplacement ?

JuicedAggressionShould be clear brother. However, I've had it slightly cloudy before or tiny bits that wouldn't dissolve and it still pinned and worked as Frag should. At this point it's your opinion of what you choose to do.

There's a good chance that frag will stay a little cloudy if you use bac water. I had the same thing happen (I still used it with good results). There are certain peptides that need to be reconstituted with acetic acid and I believe frag is one of them. Alot of pep companies carry it
Just give it some time, if it won't then contact the supplier for replacement
Place in heating pad for 5 min.
roll the vial back and forth... that usually helps. cant tell from pic but does it look like air or powder crystals?
