I’m going to agree with hk1911 ... I had very similar issue with my shoulder . Unless the source comes back says he’s corrected the issues . I’d take this into huge consideration. Never have I had a knot like the sustanon left on me . It’s been weeks since I switched and I still can’t inject that site .

Call your doctor pronto & make an appointment! In the meantime lay on a heating pad tonight and if it gets worse run to the doctor first thing in the morning! It happened to me one time and I slept on a heating pad at night and it got better each day!

God damn bro that looks painful as fuck! I had a similar issue years ago when I shot my quad. Nice softball lump in my quad and painful as fuck sitting down. Good luck man and keep an eye on it.
