5 days out from my first show - men's physique. Loading sodium and water right now - no pump here. Carb up starts Wednesday and switching to light salt + tapering water down half a gallon each day. Super excited.
Currently running:
75mg Tren ED
Mast P 150mg ED

Yes, prejudging SAT morning. Starting carb up today - wednesday - switched to light salt and began tapering down water from 2.5gl - 2gl Wednesday - 1.5 Thursday - 1 gallon Friday - sipping water Saturday.
Carb up looks like this:
Wednesday: 2 gallon of water, light salt on meals.
3/4 rice
3/4 rice + 4oz salmon
3/4 rice
3/4 rice + 4oz Lean ground bison
3/4 rice
3/4 rice + 4 oz salmon
3/4 rice
3/4 rice + 4 oz lean ground bison
3/4 rice
Vitamin C - 5000mg, Multi Minerals, 1 GDA Pill - prosupps iload 5x day
Thursday: 1.5 gallon of water, light salt on meals.
Same meals as Wednesday + Same Supps
Friday: 1 gallon water
Same as Wednesday / Thursday + light salt on meals
Friday only change is adding sweet potatoes to half my meals instead of rice

Yeah mainly for storing glycogen and staying full, I cut water the night before at 9:30, sipped water throughout the day Saturday maybe 30oz. The one thing I would recommend is get 2-3 meals in prior to pre judging and if you haven't filled out yet do 2-3 rice cakes with some pb and honey or jelly. Then pump up hard continuing to sip water. Do a little sip of water pre stage and any time you gotta pee do it, try to piss 20 mins before you get on stage to kill any bloat, if you got any gas just let them loose too. You'll might have some bathroom issues, I did have some and had to use a supository to take a shit, let me tell you tho it helped for sure, keep your legs elevated and just pay attention to your stomach. As you can see in the photo above my abs weren't looking crazy so I did pump them a little bit - oblique crunchs with a band prior to getting on stage - It helped me mentally and friends and fam said they were looking better - better mind muscle connection forsure. Give it your all man you'll do great!
