Estrogen was actually on the high side 88 I believe. It was creeping up there forsure I started to notice a little nipple tenderness but libido was also through the roof and overall energy was good having it that high. Dropped down to 150/ week right now and still feeling stable.
Yeah, 150-160 wk is where I like to hover. Tender nips are definitely a red flag to drop the dose. Good call.
