Para-Pharma wrong stoppers and bad crimping job
ad
I'd like to help this source in order to provide safe products for it's customers.
1). They are using Lyophilization stoppers used only for powder vials. This are not proper stoppers to be used with oil vials. The use of such stoppers can lead to contamination of the gear due to improper sealing of the stopper with the cap.
2). The crimping job is bad. The vial cap can easily be removed accidentally while drawing gear out of the vial. They need to fix this ASAP as they are currently offering a defective product. I understand the product is great in quality and works for everybody, that's wonderful, but the visual proof is enough to demonstrate that this product has manufacturing defects.

For anyone interested, take a look at the pharmamix 2 post a few threads above.
You will see a very fifferent crimp job and the correct stopper used
Para Pharma replied you , theoretically right
Para Pharma saying they minimize that risk storing their vials vertically so the oil doesnot get in contact with stopper during store time. So no worries about it.
Fella, he isnt theoretically right, he is 100% right.
Those stoppers wont fit right unless an automatic machine is used to press the stoppers in
The hand crimperbjist doesnt seal these prioperly. And what about transit, and what about storage in unaware endusers location? How can pp defend themselves outside of their perfect storage?
Maybe you can have pp advise on the specific coating on the stoppers? Is there protection from the oils and preservatives? If so what is it?
I just checked my stash and I have vials from 4 of the top 5 srcs, and they all have what appears to be the same grey stoppers as on the Para vials. The Para pharma vial is the only one that looks like it was crimped with a hand crimper instaed of a machine. The other crimps are really smooth and the para has the same ripples in the flange as in your picture.

Thanks bro
thanks for your fast reply, is osgear.ws a good page? I get in touch with them but they do not answer any questions, sorry for me english, from Spain
I just can say products crimped like this and using lyophilization stoppers instead of serum stoppers are not good. Avoid products using freeze drying stoppers for liquid injectables as they are improper. If you have problems with Osgear send them a FR and ask them about your problem and I'm sure they will help you. They have contacted me to solve the issue and I'm very happy with the way they handled it. +1 for Osgear.
Hi Merhan, I ordered for osgear.ws Para pharma products, and now I read your review and I very disapointed. Please tell me if they work because it's for a preparation ..
I'll be using this product ONLY AFTER I sterile filter it. There is no way I'm using such a badly crimped and improperly stoppered product as it might be contaminated. I don't know if the product is efficient or not yet. I'll post this review then. I'm sorry to hear you're having this trouble, hopefully you can get a sterile filter and vial and filter it. I've seen most Para Pharma vials are manufactured this way, this manufacturer should be retired from all sales ASAP until they solve this problem.
