I'm a little shy now, this is my first photo so I'm going to strip slowly, let's see if I'll be more naked by the end of the year... I've been doing a cruise / TRT 250mg weekly (call it whatever you want ) for a while now. The bloodwork and everything else are ok, most of my equipment arrived, so I'm ready to start my Blast. Not sure if I should share my protocol, maybe i'll share this in the middle of the blast.
The angle of the photo is sideways, but I have now a 1.5 cm/0.5 inches difference from one arm to the other. Why? I recently (1month already) got an injury, lateral epicondylitis, and it's absolutely impossible to train my biceps correctly, it's very painful. No matter how much I do the exercise, I'm not getting a good neural connection with the muscle, due to the pain. I'm doing strengthening exercises on the side and physical therapy. I heard that TB500 and BPC157 can help me in this process. What do you think?

Absolutely. Thanks bro. I'll make a post a few weeks ahead detailing the protocol, but basically what I want is to gain muscle density and quality. To do that I need to lower my BF too. Getting big in any way is easier than it seems, what I've been finding difficult is growing in muscle quality, accumulating the least amount of fat. I don't have the best genetics so I've been trying to work hard, and be as consistent as possible.

Thanks, bro. I've been working on it little by little. I want to increase density but with quality. It hasn't been easy, but we're gradually evolving until eventually we get there.
A methodical way to go about it! How i am approaching the lifestyle as well. Slow and steady.

I use bpc religiously and it has a great effect on gut health aswell. I have had lots of injuries and surgeries stemming from college football. I feel my results from bpc are much better than TB.
As anvil said don’t focus on the negatives- do what you can and you will progress! Discipline is key.

They will help as long as it doesn't need surgical repair. Strains , slight tears it works best on. Don't focus on what you can do focus on what you can do brother. Share your protocol, let the low dose democrats come out and throw shade. Share anything you want. By the way good job on the thickness (no homo).
Wise man, there is no better advice I could hear. I will focus on what I can. And little by little I will gettin better. I have nothing torn, the inflammation near the tendon is very uncomfortable, I believe the peptides will help. Of course my brother, you are right, I will be sharing this in another post in a few weeks. This will drive the democrats crazy hahaha. Thanks for the words brother
Always brother you know how we roll, fear is for the weak. Sometimes the hate runs down on me, I just have @press1 squeeze me tighter at night. If its just inflammation you should be good to go!

Never tried bpc and tb, but I've done plenty of rehabilitation and PT on my shoulders from surgery. I've heard mixed results with those peps and more so that it helps a little, but whatever helps in any way if u can afford it and it gets u training full speed sooner. Maybe some growth can be added to that stack and help the process some. Best of luck and let's hear the programming and cycle brother. Nothing but help over here man.
Thanks for sharing this, bro. Yes, I keep GH at 3-4iu daily….Even when I'm on cruise. (I wonder how bad it would be if I’m completely off Gh) I'll eventually increase the dosage now that I'm getting into a blast. My case is partial inflammation of the tendon, I believe it will improve with peptides, bpc and tb combined, and physical therapy. In the meantime, I'll adapt my training to suffer less and get the most out of my biceps. Yes, I'll share protocol in another post soon.
My right arm is also bigger than my left..... for other reasons....

It never caught up from my teenage years... also add in the maintenance reps every now and again..... arguments and such.
