I run different dosages depending on my goal, for my recent competition i went as high as 200mcg during the later stages of my comp prep to help get rid of the last bit of stubborn fat but it causes very severe fatigue especially on low cals, currently i have just started my off season so i am running 50mcg to help with nutrient partitioning and to prevent excessive fat gain due to my very high calorie intake
