AK80I ran 2 months worth of that GH. I took 5iu every night. I think it worked? I need to keep going for a full 6 months.
Any noticable sides? waking up with numb hands and arms? 5iu is a decent sized dose. I'm on 2iu of pharma four weeks in and waking up with numb hands occasionally.
AK80I slept a little better, but no numbness. I started doing 7.5iu every night before bed and yes that gave me numbness the next day. I like that. That means it's real.
I'm doing 3.33iu each morning. Thinking about going up to 5, maybe split.
AK80Try 5 before bed and see what happens. If hands are too numb in the morning, then just do 2.5 when you wake up and another 2.5 before bed.
