His LH is 7.3...what the? It's not possible he's not shut down 5 weeks into cycle, unless he's some kind of super mutant. Even taking HCG when on test, gonadotropin levels will be rock bottom...
Clomid works in a stimulatory fashion, so it stimulates gonadal production. The pituitary will be receiving neg feedback signals from the exogenous test, and neg feedback always wins.
Hcg is essentially LH, so it will raise LH levels. You'll notice that FSH is much lower.
If it's clomid w/ test, then yeah it's possible to have those LH levels. But if he's on HCG w/ test, there's no way. But I think you're agreeing with me on the clomid part? If so, you probably missed my second post that I tacked onto my first saying "perhaps he's on clomid."
On HCG w/ test there is LH signaling going on in the body, but it will not show up on labs.
