Winny and deca are completely different compounds for completely different things. Deca is a bulking compound, winny will dry you out and make you more vascular - best suited for show prep. Deca is easy on the hairline, winstrol will wreck your hairline if you are predisposed to male pattern baldness. Just as a heads up. Also that is in water, I believe, and it will not keep as long as oil will after you open it. Just a couple heads up.
