We are missing info, how long into your cycle did you get bloodwork done? How long after your last pin? Because that's low for 250mg it usually should be 1500ish at that dose. And watch your e2 and hematocrit. How are you feeling with e2 being that low?
It was towards the end (around week 16) of cycle, 3 days after last pin. Not sure why e2 is so low, wasn't taking AI. Felt OK, little drowsy a little moody . Gave blood after getting results to lower hematocrit
