OneQ Blue Issue and amazing response and customer service

Hi all

Little story here. So I placed an order on the last promo for 4 kits of MGT’s new OneQ Blue liquid GH. This was early December and my pack took just over 14 days to get to me which is not unusual for the time of the year. I opened one box and checked it out an all looked fine so popped them all in the fridge and went on holiday. On my return I started my cycle on 7 January and have been pinning 10iu M/W/F and 3iu on the other 4 days. I finished my first pack yesterday and this morning I went to open the next pack and the pic shows what I found. The next kit was the same with one vial slightly less cloudy than the rest and the third pack looks almost 100% other than it being possibly slightly cloudy - it’s hard to tell.

I immediately contacted MGT via email and on PM here and he came back to me within the next 4 hours. He explained this was likely due to the fact the the affected vials became frozen during transport given the time they could have been lying around in a wharehouse and the temperature. He recommends binning the cloudy kits so as not to get a reaction and if there is any doubt about the third kit it should be binned He has told me he has already shipped me 3 kits of Aqua as a replacement and tracking should be with me later today.

Now although annoying that this has happened this goes to show what a top notch and stand up source MGT is in terms of getting back to me with an explanation and solving the problem immediately. I asked him if I could post this up and he said yes please as it is important for folk to know that very cold weather can affect liquid base GH in this way and that anyone who has been affected should contact him rather than risk using the crashes GH. He certainly has his customers interest at heart and is not trying to hide anything.

Just a quick update on my issue with crashed OneQ Blue above. Source promised to ship me 3 replacement Aqua kits. I had tracking the next day and my pack in my hands today. That’s less than 7 day T/A. Now that it fantastic service. The issue aside which is understandable the fact that MGT sorted this so quickly is all I need to know to have full confidence in this source. Thanks MGT for sorting this out.

Hey Dacky, if you choose this source, it must be good, will look in to it especially after customer support service.
I need to ask you though, will still use them cloudy ones?? I probably would give it a try, I would be too greedy to bin them lol

No mate. If you read up on possible immune related issues using degraded or even worse aggregated/fragmented polypeptide proteins like rHGH you would I hope decide not to use them. Up to you of course. Mine have already gone in the bin.
