+ 12 Old man getting older
Off cycle 3 months now & shortly going back on. Old man at 50, er make that 54 going on 55. 10 years in the gym, 5 on a little AAS. Had the girlfriend take a couple of pics to put up and maybe I should have rethought the pink shorts. Oh BS, I look great in pink. I know I need work on the gut. Biggest problem is always not eating enough. Mostly protein in the past but I’m thinking I need to add lots of carbs for the winter bulk. Thinking Sust at 750wk with some deca & A bombs for the first three weeks and finish later with var. Got lots of goodies coming so I’m hope my OCD doesn’t get too crazy. Got my liver pills coming & HCG etc. All I want for Christmas is to have as much karma as Ace Ventura. LMAO. And more knowledge of AAS in my stocking hanging over the chimney.
