no way you're 106 kg with this definition. You would have to be over 195cm man. You look great though.

This is 2 weeks in to the off season after a 16 week cut and 2 month clean out phase on on 175 test cyp. 95kg currently stats haven't been updated recently as they are constantly changing. Thanks mate

100% agree sometimes you need to suck down to truly see the improvements and what needs more work!

100% mate I have always lifted stupidly heavy on back and not seen much improvement. Once I stripped back and really started to feel and engage with the lats I have started to see big changes already! Back is one of them bodyparts where if you chuck your ego out the window and really focus on the contraction and movement it can bring the best out of a physique unless you have crazy genetics which I don't haha

Hey bud. Thankyou mate everything seems to be coming together nicely since I took on my coach.
So I dieted down up until the start of May which consisted of test, tren e, winny and anavar last 3 weeks.
Cruised on 200mg test cyp for a couple of months to clear out, bloods come back good so coach advised starting to push as we are going in to an off season ready for next seasons shows.
These shots are as of this morning im 2 weeks in on 600 test cyp 400 deca with 40mg dbol. I'll be adding in anadrol 50mg on my weaker muscle groups like back and legs before adding in primo and mast towards the end. I'm currently 7kg heavier than my diet weight (15lbs). I rebounded quite well and held on to some lines but now it's time to grow for the next 16 weeks im hoping to gain another 8-10kg before pulling back down slightly to tidy up the physique before starting prep end of Jan early Feb.

Sorry for the long reply haha

Yeah but thats what makes people successful though buddy - the constant desire to push for more, to continually better yourself each time you train even if its only a little. And the only way to succeed is to never give up Smile

Trying to regain karma points after being stripped due to multiple accounts/ taking advantage of the system and promo whoring? Got it. (The back looks good though, no homo)
