80's and 90's , nothing recent, except a back and ab shot I'm trying to get in "around the early 2000! That is why I want to do it one more time, at 57 and still can do it ..... thank you sir, Airborne!
I have always tried to be the "best of the best", it's that damn OCD that most bodybuilders have! I love helping people in health and nutrition, been in medicine for years, and personal trainer most of that to put myself through school. Anything I can do for anyone please let me know? I want to thank "Noviceaas" for pushing me to put the pic's up, and his constant help with me understanding rules and regulations on the "chit chat" ...... he has been a true friend in helping a person trying to win a Senior Nationals, just one more time ...... at 57, Southeastern USA was at 46 years old, my closest competition was some kid about 23! So, guys that has a lot to say about mature muscle ...... never give up, and people like Noviceaas will keep you going. Sir's , thank you for all the complements, too ....... another reason to keep going ...... and age has nothing to do with it. I'm sure you all have stories?
