This order took a long time to arrive but arrive it did there is a bit of an afterburner in the injection site after each use ... curious if anyone else has had this exact product?

A couple questions. First, is this stuff premixed? Is there an area on the cartridge to withdraw with a insulin needle if you don't have the actual pen for this?
