I read that when on a longer term cycle like where i am which is 6months plus it is good to run novla and hcg together to help boost your natural test levels since the test will shut u down after a long time. I am planning to do 3x500iu shots couple times a week to see if this helps me and take 40mgs nolva a day and see how i do in 2 weeks and report back
