You should absolutely learn and be educated and have a decent base and know what ur doing and start small.... I do think you should have a Coach if ur gunna start young and u should be educated and know and read into things and have an understanding of what ur doing
Hey bubba, I’m a little late to this party. A couple months ago I posted a long intro as a cautionary tale. It’s the only reason I stopped lurking. You’re going to do what you’re going to do. Big ups!
Only thing I want to do here is reiterate what Press said. You, like me years ago, don’t have a crazy strong base yet. You’re muscles are going to get bigger and stronger, obviously, but ligament/tendon strength is going to lag - quite a bit. And steroids make your tendons weaker. So don’t start throwing up heavy weight just because you can now.
Another thing is that if you have imbalances in your body, they are only going to be amplified on steroids. Again, putting more stress on respective tendons. We all have some imbalances, but I don’t mean “my right arm is bigger than my left arm, so I’ll rep out a few more on the left.” I mean like daily postural imbalances which carry over into the weight room.
For example (years ago) - I’m right handed. Naturally, my right side is stronger and more coordinated. Left rotator cuff started acting up. Lifting 15 pounds above my head was very shaky and unstable. For some reason my left pec was bigger than my right though. I discovered that my left serratus anterior basically went dormant due to poor posture and scapular winging (shoulder blade sticks out). Some call it serratus amnesia. It’s a chicken-egg scenario, not sure which condition caused the other. Your serratus assists in many exercises, but especially bench. Because it was dormant, my left pec compensated for it and got bigger than my right. Left shoulder also compensated which caused more rotator cuff issues and an impinged nerve, which is why I couldn’t lift 15 pounds over my head with my left arm. Shit is frustrating. You have to put upper body on hold for months while you do rehab with bands and 5 pound dumbbells. All because I had bad posture, which was exacerbated by steroids because they made my imbalances more pronounced.
Long story short is, you need to have A LOT in check if you’re in it for the long run. Things most people don’t think of. So, you do you, but do yourself a favor and make sure you have fantastic form. Don’t shock the tendons by going heavy just because you can now. Work on the posterior chain (back) twice as much as the anterior (front). Good luck.
I feel bad for the love of your life, best friend, most amazing woman you don’t deserve who’ll be your wife one day. You haven’t even met her yet, but one day ab a decade from now you’ll be sitting around wondering how you ever got so lucky to have this amazing woman as your wife and she’ll be sobbing every single month bc you’re sterile and she can’t have children. I feel bad for her. But you can’t see any of that bc you’ve got it figured out.
We were all 23 too; perhaps people are trying to help you vs being a dick to a stranger on the net for shits and giggles. Perhaps.
Wow no cardio
Wow no good diet. Sounds like your bragging lol
Come on bro. Step the f_ck up and put some effort in and then brag Then you will look impressive
I don’t understand why so many people are talking shit to me, I’m not bragging I already said i know many guys who’s physique demolishes mine. I was pointing out for a guy who’s only been working out for a year and hasn’t followed any strict regiment this isn’t bad.
What we see is someone wasting potential. A waste of potential it like LIFE. DO IT RIGHT OR DONT DO IT AT ALL if all you want to be in mediocre that whatever. But strive for better. Strive to be your best
I don’t understand what’s wrong with doing gear as long as you’re getting yourself checked out and things are looking good. Worst case scenario by the time I’m 40 I’ll have to be on TRT for the rest of my life which is normal and extremely cheap. You only live for so long and you’re only young for a very short period of time so I don’t understand why there’s anything wrong with it. Plus everyone who is talking shit to me is doing the exact same thing but they think because they’re older that it’s okay for them but not me.
I feel sorry for you to be honest. We could have you looking better at your age then you look right now with proper diet
Where do you go from here. Its a waste of good genetics
You are so damn immature with what you are coming out with its unbelievable - Give it a few more years with the road that you are clearly intent on going down, ending up in the hospital ER at 25 years old hooked up to an ECG and BP reader and then make sure you think back to this very forum post where you told us you had it all figured out. I'll happily add a -2 to your karma .....
But yet you’re doing the same thing. I saw tren, anadrol sust and a bunch of other drugs you’ve ordered and used on yourself and have probably been using for years. How can you say this?
I trained for about 6 years natural in total before I hit any steroids - was benching 350lb's and deadlifting 450 smart arse. Not training for 8 months then running trenbolone.
Well done - you've looked through some of the compounds I've used over about 6 years of using steroids.
We'll talk again in 3 years and see what health experiences you've enjoyed along the way, don't think you are some kind of tough experienced guy either just because you've run tren at 400mg.
I’m sure you’ve used a lot more than that overtime, that’s just what you’ve shown. But you’d deny that either way, I don’t care about how strong you are or how long you trained natural before you decided to hop on steroids, it’s the fact you’re bashing on me when you’ve done them a lot longer and probably at a much higher dosage at least at some point in time. If I’m getting my bloodwork done and everything is good what you makes you think one day my health will just crash? You can’t sit here and tell me this dude, i get what you’re saying but you’re being very hypocritical and narrow minded.
Thats like saying you are into sprinting but don't care how fast you are - we are talking about lifting up big steel weights here, you do realise that??
The reason you should train naturally for at least 2 years prior to jumping on steroids is to get things such as ligaments/tendons and muscle up to a decent strength level before pushing them beyond their natural limits using steroids and then injuring yourself. 8 months is simply not long enough to do that, nor know how to properly execute an effective training plan and fully master proper lifting technique, along with diet and discipline needed.
I get the feeling though that you are one of these new Internet Snowflake breeds who wants a quick result overnight - then you can get your camera phone out whilst you still have a little gym pump on and get yourself stood underneath that bright downfacing light in the bathroom for a new weekly photo to put on FB.
And by the way I don’t go heavy. I don’t think I’ve ever actually done more than hundreds on shoulders and I don’t think I’ve ever repped out more than four with 225 on the bench. I don’t care about how strong i am and I doubt I’ll even hurt myself bad because of it.
This photo was actually in my bathroom after i woke up straight out of bed lol. I look alot more gnarly with the pump but since you think that I have something to prove you probably wouldn’t believe me.
Okay well you do the same thing and again I’ve gotten my bloodwork done and everything was good. I know guys that have been on gear for 15+ years that are fine I also know guys I’ve been doing it for a few years that have health problems regardless of how much you guys know there’s no denying that it comes down to genetics. So that’s cool I’m not gonna respond anymore to this bullshit.
It’s because you are too young, could probably look that good with diet training and rest at 23. Then the drugs can take it to a higher level. Drugs last not first, you will never know or reach your full potential otherwise.
Brother, you look so good. Of course, you know better, but I'm in favor of caerdio and weight training at the same time. The reason is, if we only practice weight loss with cardio, we'll lose our muscles. But if we do both cardio and weight at the same time, we will maintain our muscles and lose weight only from fat. Of course, you know better, it's just my opinion. but as a result, you're definitely doing this well.
Yeah dude I’ve got a tad bit of gyno and had it before i even started lifting. I’m not really sure what it is maybe I just have weird looking nipples or if it’s built-up estrogen from something but I’ve been much leaner than this and it still always looked funny. It does hurt a bit and it’s gotten better since I started running arimidex but i think I’ll have to get surgery to fully fix it.
A droopy nipple like that would have me believe there’s some kind of prolactin going on. I would run nolvadex 20mg Ed for a few months and caber at .5 twice a week. You’d be surprised how effective that combo is.
Yep, thats why I asked in thread earlier if he was using a anti-estrogen or estrogen blocker, was not sure if it was the camera angle but those nips looked very odd. Good to point out the prolactin concern. Nolvadex with Caber is a solid protocol to correct issue.
I’ve done arimidex, letro and nolvadax but that’s about it. It was alot worse 2 weeks ago, i was kind of scared when I realized how bad it had got because I was looking it up in a lot of bodybuilders were saying that it’s irreversible unless you get surgery but apparently some people are saying you can get rid of it with pct. it’s getting a little better, it got really bad when i started running high dosages of sust.
Not bragging, I know there’s guys who are way bigger and leaner than me but I’ve only been training for a year and using gear for 4 months. Currently 300 mgs of tren, 500 of test, a tab of anavar and a tab of winni a day with arimidex.
Bro, Lots of people are going to give you shit for running Tren and steroids in general at such a young age where you could still make plenty of gains with your natural test production. I am not one to judge a person and understand you are going to do what you are going to do. I did not listen at all to the advice of others at your age myself. However just some friendly advice, I genuinely want the best for you. If you are going to run an oral only do one and use liver protection such as tudca, NAC, milk thistle. Make sure you have a proper PCT in place and make sure to get blood work often. This is a marathon not a sprint. You can make the same gains you are making now with less gear a promise you that. More is not always better. I learned the hard way. Like I said I'm not condoning gear use at your age but if you are going to do it it is best to be as health conscious as possible. Good luck bro
Yeah I understand i got my bloodwork done and everything came back good, I drink like four energy drinks a day and have been doing it for years and my heart and liver and kidneys were all fine. I haven’t really had any bad side effects other than rage in moments but I’ve always had a temper so i guess The gear just enhanced it. I’ll be having the bloodwork done every few months at the moment i feel great.
Very young to start bro. I am now on TRT because I messed around with hormones at a young age.. no one could have changed my mind back then. So, I’m not going to waste my time.
So, I would advise you to wait!!! , but your an adult-so be careful...

True
I seriously think he is a karma troll! And most <25 get banned.
Yep, I'm starting to think he's in it just for the wind up.
You should try some Ralox for the nips. There’s been some good results and studies for gyno.
TrentaboneThank you for the info. I have never heard of that one but ill get it.

Well I’d hope you’re lean on that. Also a tab from noexcuses is 50mg each right, for the winny and anavar
TrentaboneI just started taking it 2 days ago. It’s made no difference in my physique yet.
Are u using any anti-estrogen or estrogen blocker?
TrentaboneI take arimidex Monday, Wednesday and Friday and the days I don’t take it i take a tab of Nolvadax.
