I am new here. Am 40 years old been training since late teens. Took almost two year off due to torn neck and trap muscles. Been getting it natty for the past six months. Ready to run gear up again. Has been about three years. Happy to find good feed back on sources, training and this life. Only source I have ever used is posted. Hope to find new domestic sources. Thank you
