Atta boy stud! Do your thing my friend - PS good traps buddy! Nice size on 'em.
Hey, friendly suggestion? Start hitting your forearms - if you deadlift? Start deadlifting with the shrug bar (you stand in the middle), or use heavy dumbbells with NO wrist wraps.
A great couple forearm exercises are: reverse curls, where you keep your hands cinched fully downward through the whole movement, really pausing at the top of the curl, again hands downward, and pausing to flex HARD and contract, before lowering the bar.
On forearms: Forget the amount of weight - focus on pausing at the top of the movement, and flex and contract during the pause, on every rep, and go until your forearms are super super pumped with blood.
The other great forearm exercise is grabbing an Olympic bar (I do a few sets with 10's (65lbs) and then 25's (95lbs)) - it's behind you, you lean forward slightly (the bar should basically be on your buttcheeks for most of the movement - start by basically rolling the bar down to your fingertips, then slowly roll it back up into your full grip while curling the bar (your biceps & arms stay locked during the movement - only your wrists are curling), and again really focus on pausing at the top of the movement, where you flex and contract your forearms - I credit this exercise with giving me pretty decent yacked up forearms. Here's a link to a guy doing them so you at least have an idea of the movement - he shows you another good forearm exercise:

He's got some good points man - really forearms are what people actually "see" on us all when we're walking around with shirts on - its true that when they're yoked up, and full of roped up veins, they are impressive muscles. You'll find you get decent growth out of doing these exercises, ESPECIALLY if again you really focus on slow, controlled movement with FLEXING & CONTRACTING at the top of the rep - fuck the weight doggy - 4 real when I first started doing these, I could only do the bar plus 10's (properly - not quick-repping like a jackass) - forget ego man really focus on PUMP, slow and controlled reps. I can wrist curl 225, but it's not doing shit because I'm swinging the weights like a fool, and it's too heavy to pause at the top to flex & contract. You feel what I'm trying to say? Some days it actually feels best to really just use light weight but do a 90 second long set of nice slow controlled reps - where I flex and contract with a 3-5 second pause - you do this properly, your forearms will get so pped you won't believe it.
You can hit forearms 3 times a week. Start doing it my friend!
As always, PM me anytime with any diet or training questions.
Keep up the good work homeboy!
Peace!

Mr KfizzleThis is good advice! I actually use wrist straps when pulling after a certain weight so I can fully focus on the muscle I'm working and not fear losing my grip...this is only when I rep heavy tho and even when doing db shrugs so I can just really rep them out all day long with the 100's... But I also train forearms using method you describe with barbel and also some other concentration forearm workouts. I was not aware How often they can be trained tho. Good info man!
