Need a lil help with this one...

ad

well...running a cruise between cycles here...getting ready to start another run here March 24th. I got some alarming numbers going on here. Most notably in my book...is the WBC, RBC, hemoglobin and hematocrit. My BUN is always elevated like this...and I have even knocked down my protein intake recently. AST is a bit high which is concerning. My estro is high because I quit taking any AI's for a few weeks to see what would happen...I am gonna jump on some adex here .25 e3d for awhile and take it from there. Previous cycle was test and deca, finished it on 2/6...deca I quit two weeks prior. Been cruising on 75mg prop EOD since end of cycle. Run coming up is primo and sust...var at end. Any words of advice out there...I need a better opinion on how to make heads or tails outta some of this. Thank U.

On your Bun being elevated the last 3 bloods I'll touch on it. The most common cause of an elevated BUN, azotemia, is poor kidney function, although a serum creatinine level is a somewhat more specific measure of renal function. Your creatinine level is normal so I don't think it's a kidney problem. A greatly elevated BUN (>60 mg/dl) generally indicates a moderate-to-severe degree of renal failure. Impaired renal excretion of urea may be due to temporary conditions such as DEHYDRATION or shock, or may be due to either acute or chronic disease of the kidneys themselves.Elevated BUN in the setting of a relatively normal creatinine may reflect a physiological response to a relative decrease of blood flow to the kidney (as seen in heart failure or DEHYDRATION) without indicating any true injury to the kidney. It can also be caused by uclers. Enhanced metabolism of proteins will also increase urea production, as may be seen with high protein diets, steroid use, burns, or fevers. (1)
On your elevated AST. It's only 9 points out. When there is liver damage or disease both AST and ALT will be Elevated 3x over max range or more, Aspartate aminotransferase is mostly found in the liver but it is also found in muscle. Injury to a muscle from training can cause this to elevate. No big deal. (2)
RBC, hemoglobin and hematocrit are all up from your cycle. Normal in the sense most steroids will increase these. It's high and the viscosity of your blood is pretty thick but not in the critical range. A TRT Dr would not prescribe steroids if your Hematocrit is at 55% or more. Most Drs recommend blood letting at 57% due to the increased chance of stroke. Your good. (3)
On the WBC. It's high because Neutrophils is high and Monocytes are right at the edge of high normal. Your body may have been fighting an infection that didn't take hold. Been seeing this elevated in a lot of bloods the past 3 months. Some have been sick others have been fine. A high neutrophil blood count is a sign that something in your body has triggered an immune response. In addition to infection, physical stress -- such as that caused by intense exercise, emotional stress or pregnancy -- can result in high levels of neutrophils in your blood. For example, after vigorous physical exertion, your circulating neutrophils can be eight times higher than normal, according to Dr. Ken Miyasaki of the University of California Los Angeles. When these cells reach your tissues, they can die and serve as a nutrition source for your muscle cells. (4)

What's up SuperDbag. Looking at these bloods are you hitting it harder at the gym this cycle than your previous bloods? In other words have you changed up anything as far as training wise? More heavy, more sets, intensity?

Now that I look thru all this again...I can understand and see why the RBC and hemos are so high, lol. I don't like the WBC and neutrophils like this. I read some "disturbing" info on elevated neutros and all

I think it's training induced and not a problem. Even more so since it's elevated just this one time since you changed your program up and was never up before see what I'm saying. You have 3 tests. Look back on the other 2 they were never elevated. What changed? Your program. I don't see a problem here. Based on what you posted and looking at your previous 2 bloods from Oct and Dec.

I just went and gave blood because of my RBC and Hemoglobin were high. At your levels I'm very certain a Doctor would recommend the same. At those levels you'll probably need to give several times. If for some reason they won't take your blood then Blood Letting can be done. Not sure about your WBC though.

LOL...seriously?! Wow...okay. Several times, huh? I'll consider it, thank u.

According to the nurse, hemoglobin 18 and over is when the Doctor recommends giving blood or bloodletting. It only goes down 1 point every time you give unless you can give double platelets I believe but that depends on your blood type. She jammed a 16 gauge needle in my vein to drain my toxic sludge. Good Luck.
