Good supplement list. Have you used Citrulline Malate, I added that to my supps at 10mg on training days and 5mg on rest days. Not only does it make me look like my muscles are in constant pumped mode it have also helped me increase my reps in the Gym and energy. Also great at reducing muscle fatigue/soreness.

I also do high dose slow release vit c at 2000mg, I think it really has helped my joints and healing times along with plenty of other benefits. Vit D at 100ug.

Do you use citrulline as a substitute for Glutamine or can you use them together ?

I have been reading on Glutamine and I am thing about adding it in too as all these supplements are much cheaper to buy individually and you can actually dose accordingly and test how you react to them. I do use creature as well usually at 5-/10gm per rest/training day.
Pre-work out/post or recovery formulas I think are just a scam and are really under dosed compare to the actual optimum dosage to see bodybuilding or health benefits.
