+ 13 "Natural" ish
Not asking for votes or attention - just trying to prove a point.
I was looking back through some old pictures to see if I had any good before and afters.
I just want to show some people that pretty major improvements can be made with little or no gear.
This picture is me after training hard for about 15 months. Take a look at the other picture that's my before.
Before 155 lbs low body fat
After 190 lbs 8%
I only took 100 mg of test a week. My natural level was 243 and it got up to about 600. With the help of a TRT doc.
I trained 6 days a week at least and ate like it was my job, $250 a week in all organic foods and high quality supplements (non steroidal).
I'm not happy with being that small so I jumped on a heavy cycle and I love it. But I did get to that point pretty much naturally. Most young guys should have higher test than 600 so it should be even easier for them. And I certainly don't think I have great genetics. I am 6'1 and I was 135 when I graduated college.
I have dates on the photos if anyone doesn't believe me, I cropped the dates because they show my face.

LaTTTimer99FR sent - curious about all this "peptide" talk and names of things I've never heard of
Wow....huge difference. You have the body to die for! Love your profile pic too ;) +1
BigBmajHey thanks.
+1
so BB you were like a hippy??
BigBmajYup.
Maybe still am at heart.
Looking good brother! Very nice structure and foundation! Totally agree with utilizing low dosages and growing into your dose. +1
Nice build man, looks like you put in some hard work, nice too see you don't need crazy levels of gear for fast improvement, keep at it!
BigBmajThanks again guys.
natural my ass , and deff more then 100mg of test a week
BigBmajWhy would I lie? I don't have any reason to be dishonest. I'm doing a heavy cycle now because I want to out grow the skinny look. My genetics don't allow me to be much heavier than 185 - 190 "cleanish".
You aren't my workout partner under a new name are you? Bro! you said it was our little secret.
WithdrawlThis is what I'm talking about! Getting as far as you can with normal T levels, or at the very least a real solid base, is sooooooo important. Learning how to get your body to impressive levels without gear (or in your case TRT) will only give you the tools to achieve better results when on gear. Great job man! Despite the bro necklaces in the before pic...I'm giving you a +1. LOL!
BigBmajThanks.
Looks like a totally different dude!! Good work brother!!!+ 1
BigBmajHey thanks.
Its amazing when I would see someone who I hadn't seen for months, they wouldn't recognize me.
That's the best feeling in the world.
AnonSo wheres the natural part ? I see an after pic of someone who was injecting testosterone.
Still you look amazing, but I thought the purpose of this was to show natural results
BigBmajI went to a doc and had my testosterone tested. I would consider 546 test level pretty damn natural. Most people's test should be naturally higher.
Note - I wrote natural ish.
I was frustrated because I see people asking what's possible naturally. Lots of people seem to recommend huge amounts of gear to people that weigh 150 and just started training
So I guess my point is - go get blood work. If everything is good you should makes lots of progress, if you train hard and eat well. If levels are low take a very small dose of test and you should get some amazing results.
You look big and ripped, very good work on little gear. It's the dedication bro!!
Another great story brother! Hard work first and assistance last! Awesome! +1
thats sick bro nice work. i wish i was that dedicated (and could afford the grocery bill)
BigBmajI can't afford it at all. Drive a broke down car and don't ever have any cash at all. I'm looking into some local farmers that have great chicken and eggs for a much better price. I think I can get the cost down.
That's a great idea. My Mom has about 40 chickens . She covers my egg bill . lol... My family also has a 4 acre garden that we share partials of . It truly does help. At my house I grow Herbs, Tomatoes, Peppers, Etc... Most of the year I only have to actually come out of pocket for meat. That's if I didn't kill an Elk that year
BigBmajOh and I've since gotten a hair cut.
