Natural gyno

ad

As requested on my thread here's some pics of what I'm dealing with- natural gyno started to notice it at 15, kept going until I was 18 or 19. I'm now 25 and it still hasn't shifted.

Significantly lowered my BF in 2010; didn't affect it
Added fat to the chest in 2011 in an effort to make the surrounding area level, but again the areola remains raised.

On my thread I have been advised to try raloxifene and aromasin to combat it.

All suggestions welcome

yeah we can transfer doctors but it'd be a gamble as I have records of seeing my current doc over the years so on the off chance that he gets replaced by a colleague then it can be seen that I've been going in complaining about it for some time which keeps the possibility of surgery alive.

Whereas if I transferred to a different doctor its like I've started on a clean slate and I'd be then having to convice the new one that this has been there from puberty - meaning little chance of surgery

I had gyno surgery a few years ago; it happened to me way off cycle. It had surfaced during puberty and a few flareups while cycling over the years. Finally, I saw the doc about it and after a review of it they cut it out.

Important note - most insurance plans will not cover it as it is deemed 'elective' and not medically necessary; the doc will have to put something like biopsy needed, etc to get it covered

Hi. Ive had gyno since puberty. Still have it. Mine was pretty severe compared to yours. I had what can best describe as a "half golf ball" size under my right nipple. I learnt to hide it in my teens - Although I had my share of cruel name calling thrown at me. . In my 20s I started going to the gym thinking it could be muscled away - not the case but it did help by making it a little less obvious. At the age of 30 (Im 32 now) i did my first cycle and took 20 mg of tamox and 25g of aromasin through out the cycle since I was worried the gyno would exacerbate. Week 3 I noticed the lump became less tender, less painful and dropped in size dramatically, this continued through out the cycle - I had a little flair up during PCT but upping the tamox took it back down.

2 years later and after trying all the ai and anti e's Im glad to say it has decreased in size to a untender, non painful, pea size. .

Gyno is a though thing to live with - and it does HORRIBLE things to your self confidence. But I gotta say man, hang in there - try the AIs and the anit E's in different variations and dosages. I have read of other bros on the boards who have ended their puberty gyno with PCT gear. Try it for a solid 6-8 months before you do anything drastic. This is a GREAT source for finding legitimate sellers of AI's.

And for what its worth - I really don't think your gyno is all that noticeable.

GOOD LUCK!

ye shirt off it isn't too bad. Its shirt on that really sucks- I'll try to get a pic but its difficult as I'm holding the camera so it gives an inaccurate image. If any of you have the DVD Ricky Gervais' Extras my chest looks like bald Ross Kemp's. I can't go near white T-Shirts it just looks ridiculous.

Its already given me sloped shoulders as I've been hunching over to make shirts less tight on the chest. It just kills my motivation, socialising is just not worth the hassle for me any more because every night requires me to select a shirt thats not too thick to make me sweat at which point the areolas itch like hell, and it can't be too thin or else it becomes the elephant in the room and inevitably draws comments - so I just give up in the end

I'm in the UK so its a different system. Essentially the decision as to whether I qualify for surgery is up to my doctor (who clearly revels in seeing 'a gym guy' have image problems, as though somehow I've brought this on myself). And even though he knows its ruining me life and causing significant pain as I have to plaster down in most TShirts otherwise I'll bleed, but despite this he says I've got to go private (probably whilst rubber stamping some more state funded operations for fat people and smokers). I don't have the £5k for surgery so its either take some pills or drive a scalpel into my chest. Right now I'm investigating the former

Do your nipples bleed? If so this is a prolactin issue. Tren gives you this kind of gyno. They call it "tren gyno" because its different from the gyno that occurs from estrogen.

If you are having bleeding/lactating nipples then you need to get on "dostinex" or cabergoline as it is called generically. It will stabilize your prolactin levels.

3man's picture

they bleed but only in certain shirts when I'm doing cardio. the bloods not coming out of the nipple but just from the skin thats getting worn away by friction

blubay's picture

I see. I can reccomend a good AI and Anti E regimen, but first I need to know : Do you feel a lump underneath or behind your nipples?

3man's picture

cool thanks for the help. The lump is behind, if you look at the fourth pic I have uploaded, the red lines I have drawn on are where the lumps are, covers pretty much the entire areola and then the 'tail' of the gyno continues toward the outer pect

blubay's picture

Got ya. If you are like me then you have probably memorized every ridge and bump of the tumors from feeling it so many times - this is important as this will be the only way you can tell that the AI course is working. That and the tenderness factor.

To get those lumps to shrink down you will need to attack 2 fold: and AI to stop the estrogen conversion and a SERM to seek out any estrogen that is already in your system.

WEEK 1-4 (60 mgs Tamoxifen ED)
WEEK 4-8 (40 mgs Tamoxifen ED)
WEEK 8-24 (20 mgs Tamoxifen ED)
WEEK 1-20 (Anastrazole 1mg ED & Exemestane 25mg ED)
WEEK 20-24(Anastrazole 0.5mg ED & Exemestane 12.5mg ED)
WEEK 20-24 (LETROZOLE 1.5mg ED)
WEEK 20-24 (TORMIFENE 30mg ED)

Many people try and give up too fast. Remember you should see a decrease in size and tenderness between week 2-4. This is the exact dosages I used to get my golf ball size tumor down to pea size. I hope it will work for you. Keep in mind, Half of this was during a AAS cycle.

3man's picture

thanks for recommending this cycle but I cannot get a number of these products to the UK. I searched and searched and can't get a single supplier for the numerous items you list
Please could you recommend a cycle taking into account I only have access to;
Proviron
Arimidex
Anastrozole
Letrozole

thanks

3man's picture

hi blubay could you recommend an alternative to tormifene (or if you know any other names it comes under) I can't get it from the website. I've found the rest though so ready to order. I'm going to order the tamox, anastrazole and the exemestane this time. Then my 2nd order will be for weeks 20 Letro and Tormifene... but can't find the tormifene

3man's picture

excellent thanks for your help!
I'm thinking I'll hold off and not take AAS during this cycle so as to not complicate things. I'll have a look into the availability of your recommended AI & SERM as I have to get them to UK using the internet (so I'll be checking links on this website)

3man's picture

added a fourth pic to show the position of the lump, goes in a diagonal direction.

And heres a webpage with images of similar appearance to mine

That's not gyno that's some Brit girl putting clamps on your nips stop the dominatrix ...gyno looks like breasts I have 2 golf balls under my nips...not from gear from being obese...but remember someone always has it worse...don't get surgery cuz one guy I know they fucked up his nip and he had a whole where his nip used to be...

Letro is great but kills your sex drive

I don't see any gyno. Just some cold nipples.

wils0n33's picture

I took 25mg of Aromasin every day and my lump went away after about 6 months. I almost dropped $6K on the surgery

3man's picture

Thanks for the info wilson;
i) did yours look anything like mine? Having searched the internet extensively I've never come accross images like what I've got, generally the areolas are massive in most cases.

ii) Where did you get the aromasin from? Alldayshop are currently out of xtane and their alternative costs approx $100 more!!!

iii) Did you not take raloxifene?

And to answer the other comments- I'm of the understanding that gyno is a hard lump under the nipple. I can click these lumps such is their solidity so its not simply hard nipples but I appreciate the contemptuous dismissal of the issue.

I can't really get better pictures than this; I thought the pic of the areola having its own shadow would suffice. But to pre-empt any more cynicism its been looked at by a surgeon and confirmed its gyno that can't be shifted by weight loss or gain. This is whats caused the oval shape- if it was flat it would be circular but the lump is pushing it out like a cone

wils0n33's picture

Sorry it took me a week to respond so you may have your shit worked out already, but here is my 2 cents whether anyone wants it or not haha.

1) Yes, what I had looked almost identical to yours. I never had bleeding or discharge or anything from the nipples. I've also never taken Tren so Caber wouldn't have done me any good. I would suggest getting blood work done and see if something is out of whack. I got mine off cycle too and it turns out that my test/estrogen ratio was off and that's what caused it. What did your nipples look like before? Did you have gyno from puberty or were your nipples small and flat up until AAS?

2) I will PM you where I got my Aromasin from. It's quality product and reasonably priced unlike some places I have found it.

3) No, I didn't take raloxifene or any AI or SERM on that cycle. Now I never touch AAS without Aromasin because I assume I'm kinda gyno prone.

4) I tried Letro for a bit, but it was too harsh on my joints. I felt like I was 90. I went with Aromasin cause they had me at "suicide inhibitor". I liked the idea of it binding to receptors irreversibly. About six months of popping them like candy the lump was gone.

3man's picture

Thanks for the advice, if you could PM me then that'd be great.

I never took AAS, the gyno got bigger from around the age 15, probably stopped growing around 19.

I've been advised to take Letro so would you still advise me to take Aromasin considering its natural gyno? Or will aromasin still work on natural gyno? As I'd prefer to use aromasin if letro is going to affect my joints. My goal this year is to get bigger legs, so stiffening the joints is the last thing I'd want.

wils0n33's picture

Sent you a friend request bro so I can PM you. For pubertal gyno, I'm not too sure what your best step is. It may be too late to reverse and surgery may be required. First off I'd get blood work done and see where your body is naturally off cycle. I'd say try letro if you can handle it, I couldn't, maybe you can. You'll know soon enough whether your joints can take it. With Letro I have heard of the possibility of estrogen rebound (not too sure on this so if someone with more Letro experience wants to chime in, please do). I'd say get both. Try Letro first as it is stronger, if you can handle it great, if not switch to Aromasin and give it a shot.

3man's picture

cool thanks for the info I'll try that then. I'll go for letro and see how I get on.

I'll have a look for that friend request now in my user profile so I look forward to the PM.

3man's picture

it would, although its clearly stated that this is a continuation of a previous thread (which contains all of the necessary details), I only posted these pics on the request of the user 'bicepbetty' so this wasn't really posted for general viewing and trolling.

Of course I welcome constructive points, but having pedants pick me up on what is really an issue of semantics can be quite irritating. If the thread was titled "raised areola/ puffy areola" then there would be comments wrongly advising to lower BF. I've called it what it is medically classed as so ask future contributors to offer advice or nothing at all.

3man's picture

yeah, but there is a mentality with internet forums that whatever a new user posts gets shot down. It could be an unequivocal truth, but because its from a "newb" then it obviously has to be wrong and they have to be told they're wrong. Nobody was being nasty, but it just perplexes me how anybody would want to comment completely unhelpful comments. And worse yet- repeat what others have said
"thats not gyno"
20 minutes later somebody different comes up with the highly original
"theres no gyno"

Surely on a forum you click a thread, read what it says and if your not familiar with the issue then don't write anything. I'm asking for the assistance of those that recognise the condition, not those that think they know it all because they've only ever seen gear-induced gyno or similar lumps that are much easier to spot.

But overall the response has been good.... so every cloud

simonmagus84's picture

I hear you but go get letro cheaper. And safer

so where is the gyno lol..
