not using any gear right now. but i know im growing.
i just bought a 25lb bag of whey isolate, and i can definitively feel the extra calories from my shakes when i get a good swell. the skin on the inside of my elbow is starting to scar again from the pumps i had yesterday!
ill post a gym photo when i have a strong swell soon.

Looking good bro. For real, you have "the look" in my opinion. Nice full muscle bellies, small joints, good symmetry. You can hold a lot more mass and rip it up and do some damage on a stage if thats what you want!
