Third week of isolation now. Managed to get hold of some dumbells and invested in a treadmill to try and maintain some muscle and keep body fat down. Diet has been mixed (Ben and Jerry’s most evenings lol).
Also Have been doing some home body weight workouts which have really given a great pump.

My biggest weakness by far. Always used to skip leg day which is evident.
Lunges, squats and wall sits are what I’m mainly doing at home now combined with inclined walking. Any other suggestions please fire them my way

Thanks mate - PCT finished 2 and a half weeks ago. Put a bit of weight back on since finishing the cut but to be expected I guess. Due to start a lean bulk now in around 8 weeks time but might delay that depending on the gym situation. Don’t want to be wasting Primo lol!
