Damn Shannz,
You’re killin it!
Keep up the good work in 2019. Remember to take time off from the clen and such. That’s a solid looking meal plan, good to see you doing it the right way and not starving yourself.
A big plus two from the Beard.
Wow I appreciate all the kind words. Thank you so much. Sorry I'm just now responding work is hectic. I know someone had asked my diet plan....it was pretty simple and this was put together for me by a friend at the gym and it has done wonders.
Meal one: Whole eggs with almonds and spinach
Meal two: A lean steak mince burger with avocado and green vegetables
Meal three: Chicken with sweet potato, cashews and green vegetables
Meal four: Greek yogurt with mixed berries
Meal five: Oats with whey protein and two squares of dark chocolate
Inspirational. Much hard work and dedication showing. Welcome to eroids. +2 all day. Keep it up and keep us posted on progress. What's the plan for the next year if I may ask.
Just hit the edit button and you should be able to add more. Not sure I see any editing/photoshop.
It’s a little deceiving to the eye because of the wall color behind you. Looking at the lines of the tiles they seem pretty straight. How you’re standing looks like you’re posing by pushing your booty back and tucking in your front groin which makes your thighs look deceiving. I thinks it’s why they see some unnatural curving because it’s kind of a pose rather than a natural stance. Definitely looks like a lot of hard work either way. If you don’t mind me asking how much weight loss did you have? What type of diet program did you run? I only ask because this kind of feedback could possibly help someone out who might be reading.
Just a thought but maybe you could write up a post on your diet and your journey over the past year and include a link to this photo. You could post this in the women’s section and/or the weight loss section in the forums. It’s always about helping others as far as it comes to gaining some respect behind your name and if you gain some karma along the way it’s the right way to go about making that happen. Respect
Well I'm an er nurse so I work an insane amount of hours on top of it being overnights. I want getting alot of sleep also. So I stopped fast food and all processed foods all together. I meal prepped with grilled chicken fish and lean beef not alot of beef though. Strictly drink just water with lemon. Once I got my weight to a point where I felt I could start trying to tone up i added some clenbuterol and anavar on advice from a friend at the gym.
great transformation !

I could be wrong but the legs in the after pic look chopped. Still yet great work.

No cropping here fellas I can add some more pictures if I can figure out how without creating a new posting

Good idea and I will absolutely write something up. Thank you!!!
That's great progress for a year, you were certainly determined, and you succeeded where many fail by being patient. +1 from me.
What significant changes have you made to your diet? Just curious.
