+ 7 my transformation

ad

This is my 8/9 month transformation. With work still to do!

I ran DNP to get me to a decent bf and then one clean bulk 500 above maintenance 10 week AAS cycle which was pharmacom test e 600mg a week and some var which was bd eu and turned out bunk when i had tested on Wedinos. So i then went onto orbis dbol for the remainder of the cycle.

The 2 weeks running up to PCT i ran dnp again. This worked absolutely great. I dropped cals to maintenance in those 2 weeks an through pct too.

I have been very strict on diet and gave up drinking alcohol too.

I have been where i am now before, but i got a bad shoulder and back injury which got me looking like the before pic in my opening post. I had done this before so i new i could do it again and use my previous experience. And that helped me get there quicker.

Im starting a new cycle on 2nd of july to get abit more meat on those bones

I go on holiday soon so i will be having a few Jd's i think i deserve!

You look great and +1 for posting up.

I hope you reconsider your DNP use. It's pure poison and doesn't go with your healthy lifestyle. Just keep your diet and exercise in check and you'll continue to improve. Life if long and I'm hoping you have a healthy one. Best of luck.
