+ 11 My personal Mass Spec results of Ironlion HGH

ad

Here they are. I have no idea how to interpret these other than reading the summary page. The summary page sounds to me like this is indeed HGH and a decent amount of it at that. This sample is from the promo that Ironlion ran a little over a month ago. A buddy of mine wanted two kits so I ordered the buy 2 get 1 free promo. I gave him his 2 and I kept 1. He began using immediately and when I followed up with him he told me he was getting red welts but it didn't bother him that much. I never used the kit that I had myself, but started to feel badly that my friend was sold and using junk once I saw everyone on here's reaction to their kits. That's what made me get it tested. After these results and speaking to my buddy who says he feels really good right now, I don't feel badly any longer. Discussion and feedback is appreciated.

Shit just seems fucked yp everywhere for gh online.

Coconut's picture

According to the molecule wieght this is met-hgh or 192AA I wouldn't pin this shit if it was free.

Pm? We'll damn...

HailRazor's picture

World Health Organization wouldn't approve this. Just sayn. For research purposes, sure. For prescribed medical, nah.

Manuf process: E.coli...mammalian(mouse, rat, etc)...inclusion. Correct manufacturing process, purification, refolding (amino structure). All very important. Only rhGH (22125D) approved by WHO for human use.

humpnpump's picture

Thanks for getting this into Angus. +1

ricafella's picture

No problem. Process was much easier than I thought it would be.

HailRazor's picture

What's your opinion on the testing? We're all just doing some critical thinking. I really want to actually be able to read the testing. I'm looking for the N-Terminal peptide.....but.....so I'm probably totally wrong and it's gTg maybe?

ricafella's picture

I have no clue how to actually read the testing results themselves, however I can read the summary well enough and am happy with that. My intentions were to find out if hgh is present and if so, was it at an acceptable level. The summary answers those questions for me. This test along with what i think are real blood results from a couple others, in combination with feedback from my friend who is actively running these leads me to believe that this stuff is not too bad after all. I'm glad I sent in a sample, it has eased my concerns.

HailRazor's picture

Well cool then, at least you got your $$'s worth.

frank the tank's picture

I think we all agree this is a 192aa
Is it possible that my body doesn't react to a192a that's why my igf numbers were lower?

Owes a Review × 2
killroy's picture

Bro ... With all due respect , I don't think anyone on here so far is truely qualified to make that determination

killroy's picture

As a pure layman meat head in search of truth doing a little research tonight thanks to hellrazor... I'm going to now agree with Frank that irons gh could very possibly be 192aa, it's MW is too close and is a major flag.

HailRazor's picture

That's a BiG 10-4 ...... ANGUS is gunna let us study for days prolly when or if he even chimes in.....I don't blame him if he doesn't.

killroy's picture

Well this test proves that It's peptides!!! Lol. Red welts can be caused by e coli residue ... It's not always because of 192aa. And why would NCBI have the molecular weight of 192aa as its standard?

HailRazor's picture

Y'all mind if I say something? Smile or maybe ANGUS can chime in with his big brain.

killroy's picture

Id like to see MegaT and angus weigh in on this

ReadyToKillIt's picture

Say it, just please don't spray it.

ricafella's picture

Go right ahead. I did get Angus' opinion privately, but I'm not going to share it for him. Perhaps he will chime in himself.

HailRazor's picture

Thanks bro. Very cool to send it in for testing. I really tried to actually read the testing (Monisotopic Mass/NPMR) but who am I kiddn. But, there's a lot going on there. I'm not tryn to dis the product or act like I know what's up. But it clearly ain't what it's supposed to be. How bout this, if your own pituitary secretes hHGH 191aa (22125D)...then what's y'alls thought on injecting something that isn't the same in MW or structure (amino sequence)? Is it going to be effective? Maybe natural receptors can't process it like your own GH? Maybe you get the sides with little or no benefits? Not being identical do you think your body may treat it as foreign...develop antibodies...not to mention it seems to have some toxins (poor process) causing some site injection issue, maybe? There's other things I'm 100% sure about these....but maybe these questions first? Maybe posting a Seros or an Omnitrope to compare? Just some thoughts

killroy's picture

I would love to see the MW of seros, nords, saizen ... I see the MW as determined by Fischer scientific as 22125 ... But I don't see it as the be all end all of what truely is bioidentical

HailRazor's picture

I'm confused by the 22145D. I'm assuming it's maybe a GH, GH-1... I dunno...something for testing maybe. But it's not rHGH or HGH. Close maybe....Is it 22125D and lower for margin? At what point does it stop being 191.aa ....22126D?

killroy's picture

In my own laymans way of understanding, the molecular weight will always deviate from these set standards ... But my position differs from most on here .. As I see it as a normal deviation and not a indicator of good vs bad gh ... I leave that up to blood work ... Serum peak first at 3.5 hrs And then igf elevation per IU ... The rest I see as pure speculation, with really no scientific backing

HailRazor's picture

Hmmmmmm.

KAM1314's picture

So if we're going by molecular weight it's over the threshold for 191 and indeed is 192...hence the red welts

irongame427's picture

This is straight from a phd in biochem. "To elicit an immuno-response that recognize the foreignness of a protein requires a minimum of three consecutive amino acids, I am very suspicious of 192 versus 191 amino acid results that one triggers and one did not. Instead I think it was amount of protein used was high and caused aggregation (insoluble proteins) that have triggered immune-response."

So its most likely due to poor removal of toxins during the purification process, not because of an extra amino acid. The amount of people who develop antibodies to 192aa gh is extremely low, something like .4%

manbearpig's picture

.15mg equates to how many iu???
isnt 3 iu equal to 1mg?
so how is .15 mg a good amount of hgh per vial?

manbearpig's picture

probably right

ricafella's picture

I forgot to mention this is for the Puretropin, not the Jintropin.

Bigguy07's picture

Well that pure ratshit-semen- piss-ass 2-hole filled with baking powder took yours and others igf levels pretty high!! There's something in there and unfortunately none of us are fucking scientists to read MS tests

KAM1314's picture

I'm not defending any generic but how many members are running 10ius daily of hyges and only pulling mediocre at best igf results? Anybody running 5ius or less of "puretropin" had a crappy igf and the only tests that were half decent were from 10iu daily. If I was running ANY TYPE of REAL hgh at 10iu a day and my igf came back in the 400's I'd be really upset. I know it's a money issue with a lot of us but I think 60-90iu of real pharma a month compared to 300iu of an "unknown" substance is a pretty safe bet and just about the same cost.

KAM1314's picture

Just took a peek at your post and noticed that. There are definitely a lot of variables cause of your age. When I was in my mid twenties I had a very high baseline so that increase wouldn't be that impressive. Don't know what yours was or is so I can't comment further with totally accurate information. The only thing I can say is if you like it and the results you're achieving then stay with it. Just be safe brother. FR sent if you want to discuss more about it without clogging this whole thread

ricafella's picture

I seem to see things the same way as you. I think this whole thing was a bit overblown because one asshole got caught posting fake results for free kits. There is now more than enough other legitimate information posted for others to make their own decision if they want to buy from this dude or not. I probably won't buy from him again, but I'm certainly not throwing away the other 9 vials I have left either. To each his own.

ricafella's picture

Yes, everyone on here is so creative and original. That joke apparently never gets old.
