Ive lost alot of weight and will be having skin removal surgery in dec, will be jumping on a cycle soon as im done with my recovery.

Well, I've been lifting for 13 years now, also how long ive been on my weightloss journey. ive been running gear for about that long, i tried everything uder the sun to get to where i wanted to go bodywise without surgery, unfortunately i HAVE to have the surgery if im ever gonna hit my goal so atm im clearing out my body of all aas
Also stopped lifting to get my muscles to atrophy and produce more loose skin for the dr to cut off
So once that is all said and done
Ill jump back on gear and start lifting again and Hopefully my plan works in the end lol well see
Lifted-presence92Ahhh well congrats on losing the weight man sounds like you lost a good amount with having to get the skin surgery. I’m sure packing on muscle is gonna come easy if u have that kind of discipline.
