My new workout plan to lean out
Slowly leaning out, summer is right around the corner! Monday is the day I change up my workouts.
I have done no cardio and rarely trained abs in the past 5 months, sadly that's gonna change.
So, instead of just lifting weights in the mornings, I'll be doing about 20 minutes of weighted ab exercises, followed by 20 minutes of hiit cardio, followed by about 20 or so minutes of some light weight, high rep, resistance training, working the same muscle groups that I'll be training after work in the afternoon. The morning workout is done fasted, I'll drink a pre workout before hand and sip on bcaa's during the workout. And of course some protein and carbs immediately after.
And then... After work I'll hit the gym and do a heavier, more in depth version of the lifting I did in the morning, followed by around 20 minutes on a step mill, or incline treadmill... whichever is available (preferably the step mill, that thing straight murders fat). Followed by the ever important, whey protein and insulin spiking carbs.

A word of advice....if you want to stay around as member then drop the Mr Big Bollocks manner and learn to mix in a bit better ...
