My last cycle...

ad

I'm a new guy here and I wanted to post some pics so I could get some feedback/advice for my next hoorah...
For this cycle I ran Dbol, sust., and HCG. I definately put on some size but I am nowhere near as lean/shreaded as I wanted to be.
Can someone help a brother out?

I agree with the fella's use the winter for a good 12-14 wk bulk (test/eq) and hit up a summer cut
EXAMPLE:
wks 1-8 var 75ed
wks 1-10 test p 125eod
wks 1-10 mast p 75eod
(maybe a lil clen)
with a proper diet an training THIS one is simple and will do thE trick
REMEMBER, SIMPLE WORKS!
MY.02

(And yeah, dump the creatine and come play with the big boys) ; )

I like it...I want to put on the size but keep down the bloat so is this the right route? I want to put in my order w/in a day or two so could you help me out...I have never ordered online before and I want to do it right and I want the exact cycle you recommended....unless you have some other suggestions. I'm all ears. Also I will be getting some HCG. What do you reccommend for PCT? How much Clen do you suggest?

Great pics Bro....Keep it up.
But the creatine....save your money. There is not a supplement on the face of the earth that builds muscle, and I'll debate this with anybody who wants to go.
Protien, amino acids etc... are more closely related to food, and so I'm not talking about things like that. Creatine will retain water, which will give you a temporary ability to lift more weight, but it's no different that using a bench shirt. take the shirt off, and watch you bench go down by 25 pounds. same with creatine and all the other bullshit out there. If you wanna use an N.O. drink for a boost, fine, but those do NOT build actual muscle.
The rest of your supplement lineup looks good.

Thanks brotha...I dropped the creatine and picked up some Super Pump Maxx. I can already see the water dropping off and definition coming back. Smile
....if anyone has any other pre-workouts they'd recommend instead let me know....

reading this I just realized how correct you are.....I never thought about it till you said it tho. there is no supplement that actually builds muscle except for anabolics. supplements only help you get thru your workouts easier or aids you. creatine is only good for when you're waiting for your next cycle lol. kinda like a bridge.

I agree 100% creatine is a waste of your money. On another note you look good bro. Next cycle to maybe cut u up a bit? Have you given any thought to an prop and eq run?

Good base with potential to build it further. It's already going to be winter (here at least), why not grow as much as you can and then lean out next year? How many cycles have you done before the last one?

The diet (and possibly cardio) will determine how lean you can get.

The pic of the gym looks like the place where I work out, except mine has weights all over the floor and a bunch of dickheads assing the place up.

Judge_dredd's picture

That's exactly what I was thinking bro...bulk in winter, get as massive as possible, then run a cutting cycle for the next one. I want to put on some serious size but not get too bloated...obviously no dbol, what do you think about tbol?
Any ideas for a solid bulking cycle that won't make me look like the marshmallow man? Lol I enjoy my time in the bedroom almost as much as the gym and I don't want to scare away the ladies...

solomongrundy's picture

What was your diet like? How much cardio were you doing?

Judge_dredd's picture

For supps. I was taking creatine, glutamine, fish oils, Co Q10, and the GNC Mega Men multivitamin. Do you think that creatine had anything to do with the "puffy" look?

Judge_dredd's picture

For cardio I was running intervals on the treadmill at 1:1 or 2:1 for 20-30 min. or doing the elliptical on hill mode for about the same time. My diet was decent two protein shakes a day (am and post workout), lots of tuna, chicken breast, and eggs, then fruits and veggies. I wasn't perfect...had some cheat days of coarse. I tried to eat as much as I could as often as I could.

solomongrundy's picture

sounds like a solid diet. better than mine lol..dbol and sus will definitely put some size on you. but for that lean look you want, try some anavar or winny..creatine will definitely get you bloated..

Man first off your arms look freakin amazing, really good proportioning. I'm totally new here and new to gear as well ,but, if I were you and lookin to cut I would be breakin out the tren and var and really getting to the bottom of my caloric intake and what I could do to restrict it properly.Diet is always ofcourse gonna be the hardest part. Good luck with it man if you had the discipline to get to where your at, I have no doubt you have the discipline to get where ya wanna go.

I appreciate it bro.
