I'm no expert, but they tell u to check in 3 spots. Thigh, chest, and stomach. What do u do do after u check? Idk? Lol. The biggest thing I'm focused on losing is the stomach fat, which I'll be working on shortly. I've always had abs then I hit 40 and it's been just trying to creep up on me.. thanks
There's a formula used for the3 point caliper test to average it out... I'd say your around20 or so..+1 man

I only use calipers for a rough estimate nowadays.. sometimes my readings were all over the place...I do the bodpod now.. it's accurate to within1% I think..

Now this is cool. I repinched and typed it in and it came out to 16.5%.. that definitely sounds a lot better.. I already know I have a alot of work ahead of me, but it's always nice when u have resources and the tools to help track the progress. Thanks a lot for the link.

Thereabouts. Everyone holds fat a little differently but when you’re over 15% you don’t have to get so specific with it. Hell even over 10% it’s not so important. Once you get below 7, that 1% change can be huge. For now just focus on improving where you’re at
That's the plan my brother. Just really wanted to know, so I cld have a time frame mapped in my head for how long it takes me to go from one spectrum to another. I've also measured myself, I know its overkill, but having a little fun while doing it. Maybe a little OCD too.. lol
