bigmak1Bro I don,t see anything that,s really off here apart from lipids but then again there are many here more clued up on blood work than myself.
ALT levels are often elevated through heavy training, we have been going through all sorts in PM bud.
You are 46, your test levels don,t look that bad to me especially if you consider your cycle history.
You also stated that your doc has made an appointment with you at a lipid clinic.

Been referred to Lipid Clinic was on statins but they were horrible some mad sides to them.
I believe is hereditary with the cholesterol.
Thanks for getting back.

No problem garlic, omega 3,s no processed food.
Fish oil works wonders and a baby aspirin in the mix won't hurt you brother.
Indeed bad cholesterol can be hereditary but you never gave me any info on other factors such as your diet e.g if you eat a lot of processed food, smoke, drink, all these factors can have a massive influence on lipid values.
I would wait for your appointment bro with a specialist and go from there, you say you have more blood work due in December and that,s just round the corner.
Best of luck! and hopefully there will be others chime in that can help more than I.
Thanks!
Don't drink or smoke only eat free range and organic but I do like my organic full fat milk and butter.
bigmak1That right there will definitely not help. I'm surprised your doctor hasn't discussed diet with you bro.
It's my only indulgence, but have cut down considerably now.
Edit
What were you running?!
This was prior to my cycle.
Next blood works due December
