Always been a hard gainer myself so I understand. It really is the food like these guys say. You have to figure out how to out eat your metabolism. Whatever you eat now, eat more. If nothing happens, eat a little more. Small increments until you start to see a change. As you grow you will need to continue to adjust your eating in order to continue to grow. It's a vicious cycle. All the gear in the world won't help much without the fuel. +1

You've got to keep that in context though. I'm over 100lbs heavier than you, so I need a lot of calories just to maintain. Got to find your level, but never underestimate the amount of fuel it really takes to build a muscular physique. Too many guys and girls just don't get the nutrition right or even close.

Dont listen to the naysayers. With a metabolism like yours it will be hard to keep the weight but getting shredded should be pretty easy.

Prepforit hit it right on...im in the same boat as a hard gainer myself...it can b frustrating at times but besides real food and shakes, a single protein bar is 300-400 cals 30g protein...its not a replacement but good for in between meals or as a small one.lookin good

Don't worry about the end of the year pic. Focus on the task at hand. Today. Now. Your next meal. Your next body part. Your next pump. If you focus on the future the time spent on that will squander the usefulness of today. Goals are good but remember EVERYONE lives in 24 hr segments and gains are built one meal, one session, one sleep and just one day at a time.

Track you calories and macros. Do it for a week and see how badly you're falling short. Then fix it.

Are you? Do you have a log to prove you aren't (not for me but for you)? You're 6' tall. I think you probably are. I weighed 170 once at 6'1". I've been all the way to 240lbs. The amount of food needed there is sickening, so I can't maintain that.

It will be a big eye opener. Be careful with the seafood. Most contains Mercury and you don't want to be eating more than your body can handle in a month.

Bahaha, I'm an idiot. I get what you were doing there now. I just thought you couldn't spell well.
