+ 3 My before and after pics so far

This is my before and after shots. I went with the advice of shaving my chest, and I like it better. Still working hard on my stomach and really sticking to a good diet. But over all out come I like so far, still only half way through my cycle.

First great job! You have a really good build chest and traps look like they will grow very well. I would put some more attention to your deltoids for balance. This is just a guess but I think your chest and traps are going to pop and then your delts will look like they are lagging. For me my delts and traps were more predominate and I have to really work hard with my chest. +2

Dips for bottom outter & close grip bench for interior pectoral.
Your making good progress+1
Keep up cardio at 35min every other day & as long as your eating clean, ie. fish & white meats, low fat cottage cheese. Clean carbs, steel cut oats, quinoa & wheat berries. You will have no problem getting pealed.
