looking good bro. keep that shit up. You do anything special for forearms? Mine don't seem to grow but then again i never isolate them or anything...
AnonI dont really do anything for my forearms. But they really started to blow up when I quit using straps on my deadlift. Now iI'll strap up if I'm going over 300. But any other time I use a under/over grip and switch it each set. Left over, right under and then switch. Hammer curls will also help with the top part of your forearm. But you have to think that your forearm is the muscle for your fingers so gripping real heavy wieght and forcing your self to hold it like in the dead lift is an awesome way.
yea i guess that's why i've always had a problem with grip. my grip has always gone out before my muscles do. I do use under/over grip also. time to try new things. lol

The shows run obviously by weight so you're not completely outclassed. It will help you boost weak spots and get familiar on stage. Lighter classes is all symmetry n thickness so...your bout ready. Start searching...win or lose...use score chart to build n tighten.
