This is my 6 month transformation, i did a 16 week mildish course of lean extreme and clenbuterol from medtech. 1ml eod and 20mg clenbuterol ( 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off) the clenbuterol was from shree venka. But i did alot of hard work with a hell of alot of cardio and kept my diet in check for 5 days a week (dont ask about the other 2 days) i cant wait for my next course to put on size and then rip again!!
